Company · How we work

Planned in writing, built in phases, handed over in full

Six steps from a free call to the keys, prices that stay lean for reasons we can explain, and four standards you can hold us to on any project.

From a free call to the keys

Six steps, the same on every project. Fixed-price builds skip the mapping and go straight to a proposal.

    A 15-minute callFree

We arrange your vision into a real product: what it is, who it serves, and what has to be true for it to work. No charge, no obligation, no sales pitch.

  2. 02
    Technical mappingSolutions Mapping

We map every technical requirement before anyone agrees a build price: the stack, the integrations, the data, the screens. So the quote you get afterwards is real.

  3. 03
    The map and the proposal

We walk you through the map live, every decision explained, not a PDF left in your inbox. With it, a firm proposal: a fixed price per phase, milestones and dates. The map is yours to keep.

  4. 04
    We build

Founder-led engineering against fixed milestones, with staging access and weekly progress. The engineer who scoped it is the engineer who ships it.

  5. 05
    Training and handoverFree

Hands-on training and documentation. Once the final invoice is paid, everything we built is yours: code, domains, hosting, content and data. No lock-in.

  6. 06
    Ongoing partnershipOptional

Keep us on for infrastructure and technical operations, or take the keys and run it yourself. Neither is priced into the build.

Low prices aren't a discount. They're a different cost structure.

Cheap usually means junior. Here it means nobody sits between you and the engineer taking a cut.

A standard in-house developer₦300,000–₦700,000 / month

Plus a laptop, internet, HMO and onboarding, before they've written a line.

vs
Technical Partner retainer₦120,000 / month, all-in

A systems engineer looking after your architecture, deployments, vendors and integrations across the whole stack.

Salary figures are typical Lagos ranges for an in-house developer, before equipment and benefits.

  1. 01

    No agency layers

No account managers, sales commissions or project managers in the middle. You work directly with the engineer doing the work, so there's no markup down the chain.

  2. 02

    Discovery isn't billed

The first call is free, and deeper planning is its own piece of work. You never pay twice for research into your own project.

  3. 03

    Recurring plans keep it fair

Fixed build milestones plus monthly infrastructure and retainer plans make income predictable, so no single project has to carry the business.

  4. 04

    Automated, not staffed

Deployment, monitoring, backups and reporting run on tools we built once and reuse. Work an agency bills as hours takes us minutes, so it isn't on your invoice.
